Responsibilities

Build long-term Sales strategy for specific customers in alignment with our vision, mission, and values

Clearly define of our competitive advantage and value proposition for regional customers

Establish and strengthen customer relationships, including the identification of focus products and accounts as well as customer rationalization

Identify product line opportunities and work with engineering and manufacturing to integrate with our technology roadmap

Manage our manufacturer representative firm’s specific to regional account site locations

Qualification

Required

Strong understanding of operations including manufacturing, materials management, and quality & regulatory

Experience and knowledge of the medical device, medical equipment, military/aerospace industries and regional customers

Demonstrated sales leadership driving high performance sales initiatives and long-term strategic growth

Extensive experience in increasing profitable sales revenue within a defined customer base or region

Complete understanding of profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Ability to manage both internal and external sales resources to build a cohesive sales plan within a geographic region

Strong written (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and oral communication skills

Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering, finance, business administration, or marketing
