Responsibilities
Develop and design audio and video systems
Create one-line drawings and other design docs
Design & Layout equipment rooms and AV infrastructure
Prepare bid & construction docs including drawings, narratives, and specs
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate AV systems
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning of AV systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of experience in the design and/or integration of commercial AV systems and infrastructure
Well-versed in the design of audio and video systems, including distributed and large-format sound systems, DSP & control systems, equipment room layout/design, broadcast systems, distributed video (QAM or IPTV)
Experience in the design and construction of AV & Broadcast systems for large public venues such as Stadiums & Arenas
Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (design/bid/build)
A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
A pleasant disposition
High EQ
CAD & Revit are both Required

Strong understanding of the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
CTS or CTS-D certification is desirable but not required
