Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance data processing capabilities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in data engineering, with a strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
