Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to the Built Environment team
Develop design concepts and create models from scratch
Coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines
Convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models
Establish project standards and procedures, and develop your team
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit
At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
Preferred
At least 2 years of Revit experience
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience leading a team of Designers
Experience with healthcare /institutional /commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
