Responsibilities

Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples above as required
Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs
Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities
Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history
Accurately labeling all samples
Maintaining accurate patient records, which include detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results

Qualification

PhlebotomyHIPAA/PHI knowledgeCustomer serviceCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Proven experienced phlebotomist
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law
Detail-oriented/sound organizational skills
Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship
Reliable transportation is a must
