Consistently achieve-and exceed- monthly and annual sales revenue targets through strategic selling and relentless drive
Deliver compelling, solution-focused demonstrations of Genius’s point-of-sale platform that captivate and engage prospective merchants
Accelerate growth within existing accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Efficiently guide leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects, identifying needs, delivering tailored solutions, and closing deals with speed and precision

Required

Experience in sales, POS selling experience, or a related field
Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels

Deliver compelling, solution-focused demonstrations of Genius's point-of-sale platform that captivate and engage prospective merchants
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
Accelerate growth within existing accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Efficiently guide leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects, identifying needs, delivering tailored solutions, and closing deals with speed and precision
1-2 year of B2B sales experience
1+ year of managing sales pipelines
1+ year negotiating pricing and contracts
