Responsibilities
Manage New Product Introduction projects for the larger Product Organization which would entail delivering quality products in a timely manner to the customers
Use project management skills to keep the project on track and communicate the progress effectively with all stakeholder teams including executive management
Lead projects with collaboration across geographic teams
Demonstrate deeper knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices and procedures associated with Program management and operations
Works independently with minimal instructions provided, using discretion on the operational aspects to perform the functions of the job effectively
Qualification
Required
8-10 years experience in program/project management and operations ideally in the networking and security industry
Very strong working knowledge of Collaborative Platforms and associated applications (Microsoft Office 365, JIRA, PowerBI, etc.)
Desire to learn more about both business process Improvement, as well as project management; certifications in these fields can be pursued
Passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development
Desire to learn and a receptiveness to feedback and mentoring
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
