The Senior Analyst, Asset Management will support the oversight of the profitability and performance of data center assets, collaborating with various departments to implement optimal asset management strategies.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio performance oversight across STACK’s Americas data center assets, including monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key financial and operational metrics

Develop and maintain asset-level financial models, including projections, stabilized yield, and ROIC analyses, to identify value creation opportunities and optimize performance

Partner with senior team members to shape and execute asset- and portfolio-level strategies that enhance profitability and operational excellence

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to assess performance against business plans and identify variances or improvement areas

Contribute to the development and execution of annual strategic business plans for each asset

Collaborate with Finance, Critical Operations, and Property Management on the annual budgeting and forecasting process

Conduct market and industry research to inform investment, leasing, and operational strategies

Support lease administration and other property-level management initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance with lease terms
