Congress Operations Lead
SpotMe is focused on improving pharma and event engagement through their innovative solutions. The Congress Operations Lead will manage end-to-end congress project delivery, ensuring stakeholder engagement and client satisfaction while also contributing to product development and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
Lead/execute end-to-end congress project management, drive stakeholder engagement and communication, manage onsite operations and team coordination, oversee KOL engagement planning and execution, ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction with extreme levels of service
Handle incoming event requests and workspace setup, manage event resource allocation, oversee access and integration management, analyze cross-event metrics, develop performance improvement strategies
Create and refine the CongressIQ playbooks, establish standard operating procedures, document best practices and workflows
Assist with new customer onboarding, support 1-6 month implementation projects, collaborate with implementation program managers
Support pre-sales activities with expertise and contribute to CongressIQ product and services development
Qualification
Required
Experience in congress/convention planning and execution
Prior experience in congress engagement
KOLs and pharma stakeholder management
KOLs mapping and engagement
KOLs appointment management
Congress project planning and execution
Onsite business suite management
Ancillary meetings planning in life sciences
Expertise in congress/convention execution
Ability to lead/execute end-to-end congress project management
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication
Manage onsite operations and team coordination
Oversee KOL engagement planning and execution
Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
