CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK POOL
Del Mar College is a higher education institution seeking a Customer Service Clerk to provide information and guidance regarding services offered by the Student Enrollment Center. The role involves assisting students, faculty, and staff with inquiries and supporting registration activities.
Responsibilities
Perform general office functions by SEC kiosk, answering general questions, providing information on SEC activities, departmental location, and contact information
Assisting staff and students as required
Provide information and guidance in the areas of services located in the Student Enrollment Center, assists students with general questions, provide directional information of departments and contact information
Participate and provide support during registration periods at any College campus, center, and outreach event
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of advanced study or training past the high school diploma/GED equivalency AND six (6) months of related experience
One (1) year and six (6) months of related experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public
Preferred
Six (6) months experience working in a college setting
