Responsibilities

Providing front-line technical support for our clinical platforms to genetic testing professionals

Answering technical questions and solving issues encountered by our users

Providing customer demos and assisting in on-boarding new users

Proposing new features based on customer feedback

Being in contact with development teams and writing the user manual

Expanding our customer support knowledge base

Qualification

Required

Master's degree or higher in Biology, Bioinformatics or a related field

Previous work experience in roles such as bioinformatician, customer support, NGS laboratory and data analysis, molecular biologist with bioinformatics experience

Strong experience with NGS analysis, read alignment, variant calling, etc

Experience with the Linux command line

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must

Attention to detail, methodical working, and a positive attitude towards learning new technologies and skills

Be a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible team player, stepping into a variety of roles to best assist our clients
