Senior Platform Architect

Responsibilities
Leads architectural strategy and execution across complex or multi-product domains
Defines long-term architecture for a domain or product suite
Aligns product features with architectural target state
Leads and mentors Product Architects and Engineering teams
Owns delivery of technical spikes, POCs, and migration roadmaps
Represents Architecture in product planning and prioritization
Drives adoption of platform capabilities and reusable services
Acts as a lead reviewer in architectural governance and design decisions
Coordinates domain contributions to cross-functional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5–7 years of software development or technical implementation experience
2-3 years' experience as an Architect or Tech Lead
Deep knowledge of distributed system design, event-driven patterns, and service ownership
Proven ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams
Experience with Modern SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Redis)
Expertise and hands-on experience in cloud data capabilities and big data implementations
Experience designing scalable API frameworks
Experience working with product leadership on strategic roadmaps
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and modern cloud environments
Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
Strong understanding of the product domain
Experience in project management
Professional experience with C#/.NET required
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
Preferred
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies a plus
Experience with Single Page Applications (e.g., Angular or React) frameworks a plus
Experience with no/low code solutions for development
