Member of Operations Staff, Partnerships & Business Development Lead

They are seeking a Partnerships & Business Development Leader to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and sales, while collaborating closely with product and research teams to commercialize their technology.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue through outbound prospecting, closing strategic enterprise deals, and scaling API developer adoption
Build and manage high-impact partnerships, including co-sell relationships with enterprises and long-term GTM deals with infrastructure partners that reduce costs and create mutual revenue
Design and implement 0→1 sales enablement systems: contracts, deal desk, onboarding workflows, & customer support motions to support thousands+ of API customers
Identify net-new commercial applications for our world models, collaborate with Product to define new offerings, and scaffold ideas directly with customers
Immerse Odyssey in the AI ecosystem by fielding opportunities, educating the market, and targeting undervalued segments for early traction
Own pipeline velocity, forecasting, and KPIs while aggressively managing both inbound and existing relationships

Required

5+ years in business development, sales, and/or GTM roles at frontier technology companies with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals
Proven hunter: experienced building outbound motions from scratch and scaling developer or API ecosystems
Technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, rate limits, SDKs, and interactive or multimodal AI models; able to credibly discuss possibilities with engineers and executives
Hands-on experience negotiating with cloud partners or infrastructure providers and listing products on marketplaces
Highly organized builder who has designed sales processes, contract templates, and revenue operations systems in early-stage environments
Comfortable uncovering new product opportunities, influencing product roadmaps, and thriving with full ownership in start-up environment
