They are seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support warehouse operations by providing daily administrative support, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the warehouse operations team
Prepare, file, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments on order and shipment tracking
Enter data accurately into warehouse and inventory management systems
Support inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliations
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and reporting
Ensure all activities follow IES standards for safety and quality
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Clear communication and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Ability to balance office duties with time spent in the warehouse as needed
Preferred
Additional education preferred
Previous administrative or warehouse experience a plus
