Responsibilities

Provide project engineering and management services for capital and infrastructure projects supporting manufacturing, utilities, and facility operations
Lead the full project lifecycle including scope development, cost estimation, design coordination, scheduling, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover documentation
Develop project execution strategies, risk assessments, and cost controls to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, contractors, and operators to deliver integrated project solutions
Support design development through creation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and equipment documentation
Manage vendor selection, bid evaluation, fabrication oversight, and field installation in collaboration with Procurement and EHS
Lead commissioning and Installation Qualification (IQ) activities; provide technical support for Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) phases as required
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements including FDA, EPA, and OSHA
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, standardization, and implementation of best practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers within the department
Perform other duties as assigned to support Engineering and site initiatives

Required

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical)
5+ years' experience managing capital projects
Knowledge of regulatory requirements which include FDA, EPA, and OSHA
Engineering project management principles
Knowledge of engineering codes
Knowledge of accounting/finance principles
