Law Practice
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate a wide variety of technology transactions including licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements
Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements
E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions
Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience as an associate attorney
Strong knowledge of intellectual property law
Drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements
Experience with manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements
Experience with e-commerce, media and entertainment transactions
Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters
Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
Strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills
Preferred
Member of the California Bar
Member of other state bar
