Represent issuers, investors and/or back leverage providers in asset based/structured finance transactions

Manage components of transactions independently

Work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues on complex financing transactions

Communicate effectively and maintain strong client relationships

Required

5+ years of experience representing issuers, investors and/or back leverage providers in asset based/structured finance transactions

Experience that includes warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers and repurchase agreements, in addition to securitization or securitization-related matters

Experienced in managing components of transactions independently

Highly-motivated and proactive team player with a results-oriented work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills

Experience managing associate teams and are a good communicator looking to work in a collaborative practice that features a lot of client-facing opportunities

Member of the State Bar of New York

Strong academic credentials and strong prior Big Law work experience required
