Conduct industry research to identify new sales opportunities
Execute outreach via phone, email, and approved social media platforms
Collaborate with the sales team to develop market-driven strategies
Support product launches through proactive customer education
Gather and utilize customer feedback to improve service and product relevance
Maintain organized records and manage multiple projects efficiently
