Creative Account Manager - Style
Aquent is seeking a seasoned, innovative advertising Account Manager to act as a liaison between the agency's creative team and clients. The role involves understanding client needs, managing campaigns, and ensuring timely execution of projects while driving accountability for marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
Demonstrates a passionate and proactive knowledge of our Partner’s (“client’s”) business understands our Partner’s products, objectives and challenges
Drives accountability of Partner’s business and marketing objectives to inform and drive integrated campaign solutions that generate measurable results
Acts as the overall day-to-day lead on integrated campaign development and production and drives campaigns to completion – on time and on budget
Develops and maintains consistent and thorough communication with Partners on all project status, timing and delivery
Is responsible for keeping our Partners on track to ensure all ideas and concepts remain on brief and deliver against agreed KPIS and objectives
Oversees integrated campaign workflow, timings and process along with the project manager to determine and drive priorities and to ensure that milestones are both set and met
Oversees the campaign production budget(s) and considers costs efficiencies
Represents in meetings and acts as agency lead when working with external agencies
Effectively manages up to the Sr. Account Manager and Associate Director
Mentors and trains the Associate Account Managers and helps to drive their success within the agency
Has a focus looking for incremental opportunities within the work and finds cost effective and creative ways to implement them along with our internal partners
Is capable of effectively articulating a POV (and/or presentation) to the internal team and Partners
Actively and effectively manages Associate Account Manager’s daily/weekly/monthly workload, helping them to drive workflow and provide mentorship
Qualification
Required
5-8 years-experience as an agency Account Supervisor or Account Manager or similar role
Minimum 2 year's experience working in retail environment (or other high-volume industry). Having a background in style or can speak that language whether it is home, beauty, apparel etc
Experience in project management tools, ideally Workfront
Experience working with external agencies
Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques
Understanding of account management fundamentals, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources
Preferred
Experience working in Product launch or development
Experience in Apparel, Beauty, Home, or CPG
