Responsibilities
You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of significant experience in mergers + acquisitions and other strategic transactions
You have experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions, on both the buy and sell-side
You possess a solid understanding of complex structural and corporate issues pertaining to acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers
You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form and have outstanding research and analytical skills
You have excellent business and legal problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering excellent client service in a team environment
You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility
You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years of significant experience in mergers + acquisitions and other strategic transactions
Experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions, on both the buy and sell-side
Solid understanding of complex structural and corporate issues pertaining to acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers
Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
