Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules for small to mid-sized projects
Determine the appropriate level of detail for each phase of the schedule
Generate regular progress reports and assist in presenting findings
Help track labor, equipment, and material allocation to prevent conflicts
Support cost-loaded schedules and productivity tracking
Identify potential scheduling risks and propose basic mitigation strategies
Assist in analyzing and incorporating project changes into the schedule
Work with subcontractors and vendors to verify schedule updates
Contribute to progress reports and schedule narratives for documentation
Collaborating with project managers and teams leads to monitoring status and suggest improvements

Required

2-5 years of experience in CPM scheduling for commercial construction projects
Working knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SmartPM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Familiarity with Primavera P6 and ERP cost management tools
Foundational knowledge of construction disciplines and scheduling best practices
Experience in supporting project schedules, updating timelines, and assisting with project reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptability and willingness to take initiative
Basic decision-making and strategic thinking skills
Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
PSP or PMI-SP certification
Basic knowledge of construction processes, resource allocation, and cost-loaded schedules
