Responsibilities
Drive engagement and conversion of corporate executive prospective clients sourced internally and externally through defined inbound and outbound activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement
Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous
Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment
Experience with workplace solutions and the client conversion process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required
