Responsibilities

Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database
System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules
SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes
Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage)
Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager
Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes
Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness

Required
