Responsibilities

Manage client relationships by serving as primary point of contact for clients & sales channels
Provide a full range of services: including responding to client inquiries for fund/portfolio information, acting as the point person for any client-related issues, and executing trades
Collaborate with Sales partners to drive business development initiatives
Engage in critical analysis and problem-solving activities, both independently and collaboratively with the team, to address complex issues effectively
Monitor and escalate service issues to ensure a high-quality response and resolution to clients
Participate in special value projects as necessary (i.e. asset development, automation related projects)
Maintain close communication with the firm's trading desks, relaying the status of trading activity
Promote a service-oriented culture focused on enhancing the client experience and exceeding client expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required
Demonstrated understanding of client needs and the ability to meet them effectively
Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and experience managing projects
Keen attention to detail and high sense of intellectual curiosity, meeting needs in a thorough and efficient manner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Team oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Preferred

Relevant client service experience in a financial services industry environment
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 preferred (should be obtained within first 60 days on the job)
