Responsibilities

Serve as the Program Office technical lead for designing, developing, and integrating complete satellite ground systems

Collaborate with customers to develop and implement ground systems by generating Concepts of Operations, defining requirements, and providing technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with mission objectives and timelines

Oversee contractors’ development, integration, and test activities, while ensuring systems meet customer requirements, risk tolerance, budget, and schedule, while assessing technical solutions and recommending Courses of Action (COA)

Identify and manage risks throughout the systems engineering lifecycle by conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring potential impacts on mission objectives

Represent Ground equities in Program Office system engineering processes
