Required

Hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies and frameworks
Proven track record of leading applied AI/ML initiatives
Experience in designing and deploying GenAI-enabled solutions
Strong understanding of advanced analytics and its application in business
Ability to work closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to deliver measurable business value

Preferred

Experience in the CPG and retail sectors
Familiarity with the proprietary platform, NucliOS
Experience in a global Enterprise AI and Analytics company
