Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal campaigns and cohesive graphic packages for a range of sports properties
Maintain visual consistency and uphold design standards across all touchpoints in alignment with Strategy and Creative Leadership
Collaborate with designers, producers, and creative directors to concept and deliver innovative visual storytelling across broadcast, video, and social media
Produce standout visuals for promotional content supporting events such as the Olympics, Golf, NASCAR, Premier League, WNBA, College Basketball, and more
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field
Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related discipline
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Working knowledge of Cinema The Client (Arnold, Redshift, X-Particles, Turbulence FD a plus)
Strong capabilities in typography, color theory, motion, and timing
Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution across various media
Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Motion graphics design and animation
Visual storytelling and typography expertise
Preferred
Experience supporting broadcast, sports, or major media content
Experience developing cross-platform visual campaigns
