Required

3 - 5 years of experience with Products Liability Litigation

Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery

Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews

Managing document collection, review, and production

Causation and/or failure analysis

Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong case management skills

Strong work ethic

Team-oriented attitude

Active member of the California or Colorado Bar
