Inside Sales Advisor
Spear Education is seeking a driven Inside Sales Advisor who excels in building client relationships and managing the customer journey. In this role, you will guide prospects from inquiry to sale, ensuring a seamless experience and achieving key sales goals.

Responsibilities
Own the customer journey: Guide prospects from inquiry to sale and ensure a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team
Stay proactive: Execute a high-touch outreach strategy, ensuring all prospects in your pipeline are engaged regularly
Act fast: Respond to new Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within 10 minutes or less
Leverage data: Use our CRM (HubSpot) and sales metrics to drive efficiency, track progress, and solve challenges
Hit key goals: Achieve Quota attainment on both campus workshop and membership goals
Strategize for new growth: Partner with our Campus Advisor to engage and bring value to new members
Deliver excellence: Ensure a positive and professional experience for every client throughout the sales process
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in a similar role (strong phone skills—this role is 100% phone-based)
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Occasional after-hours and weekend availability
A results-oriented mindset, passion for helping clients, and a commitment to excellence
