Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, deployments, and solution implementations
Act as the main point of contact for new customers during the new customer onboarding phase
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Coordinate with internal technical teams and sales to deliver a smooth onboarding experience
Own customer relationship during onboarding
Manage the scoping, planning, and execution of professional services engagements
Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectations
Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and prioritize regional workloads
Track project financials, utilization, and profitability of professional services
Ensure our engagement drives measurable business outcomes for the customer
Serve as the trusted advisor to customers during critical phases of deployment
Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues when needed
Provide regular status reporting to customers and internal leadership
Standardize project delivery methodologies and best practices for the region
Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to refine processes and improve efficiency
Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of playbooks/templates for future projects
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management, within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master certifications a plus)
Experience managing customer-facing implementations and professional services delivery
Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Persistence, proactivity, energy, resilience, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success
