Required
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance concepts
Handling A/R and A/P responsibilities
Attention to detail, strong organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software and tools. Yardi or Appfolio experience preferred. Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
