They are seeking an Interior Architect to collaborate with the design team in developing construction design packages and ensuring project quality through detailed drawings and site visits.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our Principal and senior design team to develop full construction design packages (from Scopes of Work and Client Presentations to Construction/Bid sets that make contractors swoon)
Assemble and format drawings into complete sets—coordinating schedules, specifications, and all the architectural details make our projects unique
Conduct site visits—measure, survey, troubleshoot, keep contractors honest, and keep projects humming
Review millwork and stone shop drawings with a fine-toothed comb
Create presentation-quality drawings that not only explain but impress
Qualification
Required
At least an intermediate experience level (typically at least 4 years of professional experience in design)
Fluency in AutoCAD
A solid understanding of construction processes and how things actually get built
An eye for both the big picture and the 1/16” detail
A collaborative spirit
Preferred
Sketchup or other 3D modeling/rendering programs is a plus
A sense of humor is also a plus
