Platform Aerospace is seeking a Program Coordinator I to support Program Managers and Analysts throughout the entire program life cycle. This role involves tracking project progress, communicating needs to different teams, and ensuring tasks stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

Support Program Managers with planning and tracking projects from start to finish

Prepare and maintain project management documents, such as project plans, project status reports, and other records as assigned by Program Analysts and Program Managers

Help communicate project requirements to various departments (engineering, Production, etc.)

Acting as a liaison between project managers, engineers, production, and other departments making sure parts are ordered for jobs on time, costs are documented to stay on budget

Assist with team meetings, scheduling, and gathering updates

Follow up with teams to check on progress and help resolve delays or issues

Support the program management department in identifying and communicating risks and work through challenges like shifting priorities or limited resources

Communicate the project's progress to team members and other stakeholders

Performs other duties as necessary and/or required
