Responsibilities
Proven project management skills to deliver projects at or under budget and on schedule
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff
Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and client satisfaction standards
Manage the development of engineering designs, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates of a multi-discipline design through Stanley’s water design centers
Interface with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders, and play a role in business development
Provide technical consultation and decision-making for complex engineering challenges
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil, chemical, environmental, or a related engineering field
Minimum of 15 years experience in water or wastewater design build and project management
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
Strong technical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple disciplines and complex projects
Good understanding of project delivery and ability to facilitate technical discussions when needed
Proven project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Travel to other offices/sites will be required
Experience managing D/B projects that are $30 Million or more
Experience in working with local and state regulatory agencies
Experience in managing engineering subcontractors
Preferred
A DBIA certificate is preferred but not required
