Responsibilities

Enter customer certification data into scheduling platforms, frequently, and with an attention to detail

Print certification license cards for processing and send to clients as needed

Process emails, phone calls, and faxes from both clients and internally to assist with completing license applications

Maintain highly confidential records to protect operations

Maintain quality results by editing layouts including spelling, grammar, punctuation, reproduction, clarity, and consistency, adhering to prepress standards

Keep equipment operating efficiently by following operating instructions, troubleshooting printer functions or layout problems, and submitting tickets for repairs as needed

Process bulk and single license requests in a timely manner

Order and maintain inventory of license printing supplies

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience of data entry activities in an office setting preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable

Fluency in English with good spelling and grammar is expected

Ability to type an average of 40 words per minute desirable
