They are seeking a Vice President, ERP & Enterprise Solutions to oversee the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise software solutions across the organization, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

Define and execute IES’s enterprise software roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and long-term business objectives

Drive the enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 program, including design, implementation, adoption, and integration across all business units

Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for software solutions, ensuring consistent execution and compliance across projects

Oversee integration of ERP, HRIS, financial, and operational systems to create seamless data flow and actionable insights

Lead relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, negotiating scalable and cost-effective solutions

Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, supply chain, and field leaders to ensure technology supports project delivery, cost management, and operational efficiency

Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (analytics, AI, IoT, mobile, automation) that can enhance IES’s business outcomes

Champion adoption of enterprise solutions, providing communication, training, and leadership to build a digitally enabled workforce

Lead and develop a team of ~20 (10 IES staff + contractors), fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance

Required

12+ years in IT/enterprise software leadership, with proven success leading ERP or enterprise software programs across multiple business units

Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and large-scale ERP programs; strong understanding of related enterprise solutions (HRIS, financials, project management, supply chain)

Background in construction, energy, or industrial services strongly preferred

Ability to drive transformation in decentralized, project-based environments

Strong grasp of emerging enterprise technologies and their business application

Exceptional communication skills and a track record of engaging executives, functional leaders, and end users
