Responsibilities

Coordinate all activities related to researching, designing, and marketing our steam products such as control valves and meters
Apply market research to identify customer needs and competitor products
Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote our products successfully
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks
Define product marketing communication objectives
Collaborate with other cross-functional colleagues and our agency partners that span across production, business intelligence, data science, marketing, design, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes for SXS
Compare our products to competitors to assess market competition
Provide management with detailed analyses and reports
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the steam thermal solutions arena, continuously refining and enhancing our execution capabilities
Review and suggest inventory levels to maintain product availability

Required

Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with team members, departments, management, and customers
Expertise in products and markets, including specific technical or industry knowledge

Natural curiosity, positivity, and creativity
Sincere empathy for customers and dedication to understanding their challenges
Ability to multitask in a high-intensity environment

BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience with steam products is a plus
A portfolio demonstrating successful projects is a plus
