Responsibilities
Meticulously review and analyze a high volume of pipeline construction documents, including as-builts, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Material Test Reports (MTRs), and Purchase Orders (POs)
Ensure absolute consistency and regulatory compliance across all documentation packages for pipeline segments
Perform critical Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) validation calculations
Actively participate in daily morning meetings to collaborate effectively with our India-based engineering team, with flexibility in work hours post-meeting
Apply knowledge of key industry standards (ASME B31.4, B31.8, API 1104, DOT regulations) to daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of pipeline experience
Bachelor's degree is non-negotiable (field of study is flexible)
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic functions required; advanced functions a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills (especially in a cross-cultural environment)
Demonstrate a stable work history
Must be available for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, under a 1099 contract structure
