Responsibilities

Support clients through a variety of strategic finance and fund accounting projects
Contribute to or lead initiatives such as:
Fund accounting
Systen implementations
General ledger close and process improvement
FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support
Technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting)
IPO readiness and public company transformation
M&A preparation and integration
Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics

Qualification

Fund accountingTechnical accountingCPA licensedPublic accounting experienceCommunicationAdaptability

Required

3+ years of total experience in: external audit, fund accounting, accounting advisory, corporate accounting, and/or corporate finance
About 2 years of experience in public accounting required with financial services clients (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, banks etc.)
Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen
Experience with publicly traded companies/clients
Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles
Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments

Preferred

CPA licensed or in process
