Account Executive/Sales Engineer - ProCraft Mechanical

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Use all internal and external resources to position Procraft Mechanical as the industry thought leader
Encourage a team selling environment that utilizes subject matter experts to provide unique and value driven solution to our customers
Operate as lead point of contact for assigned customers
Develop, present and maintain Account Management plans for assigned customers
Maintain accurate sales activity and sales forecast information in the company CRM and other tools
Present products and services to existing and future customers
Maintain highest customer service with external and internal customers
Negotiate terms of agreements and closing of sales
Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers
Create detailed proposal documents and presentation
Gain clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
Maintains high level of knowledge in the HVAC industry
Negotiate with customers, solve problems and make sure deadlines are met
Full understanding of market contracts, best practices and competition
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the customers in your responsibility to understand their needs
Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events

Required

5+ years of identified HVAC market experience, commercial construction sales or account management
Bachelor's degree in business, mechanical engineering, communication, marketing a related field or extensive, proven relevant industry experience
