Administration and support for the Sponsored Dealer program
Assisting with new Sponsored Dealer onboarding
Documenting SOPs for processes in sales, service, parts, finance, and HR
Capturing and sharing best practice
Regular reporting
Maintaining dealer performance dashboards
Providing dealer operational training

Qualification

Required

BA in Business or similar
Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel as required

Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively lead projects
Data analysis skills
