Senior Account Executive (NYC)
Formance is a company on a mission to redefine how developers interact with money, providing innovative financial applications. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for enhancing positioning and securing deals in the U.S. market, particularly focusing on SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities
Enhancing our positioning, pitch, lead generation, and closing strategies
Consistently securing deals with early adopters on new markets
Selling to engineering and product teams
Working with key decision-makers
Focusing on SaaS platforms, particularly vertical SaaS (e.g. in healthtech, wellness, and real estate)
Implementing tactical outbound campaigns targeting defined markets
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, banking, payments, or crypto
Proven track record in the U.S. market, closing mid-market or enterprise deals
Deep understanding of U.S. financial buyers, procurement, compliance constraints, and enterprise dynamics
Familiarity with U.S. sales methodologies: MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, pipeline hygiene, forecasting rigor
Ability to identify and target the right ICPs and buyer personas
Ability to test, iterate, and adapt quickly in a fast-evolving market
Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-constrained, builder environment
