Responsibilities
Support the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment's Missile Solutions Sector
Work under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks
Report to Supervisor or higher
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience
Must be able to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance (Post Start)
Preferred
Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles
Hands-on-experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software
Knowledge of, or experience with, government-related document submissions (examples, WAWFDD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions)
