Responsibilities
Provide direct real estate portfolio strategic oversight of owned and JV hotels globally, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s brand identity and performance standards
Develop and execute lifecycle strategies, including hold/sell analysis, market readiness, and asset positioning
Lead operational performance for owned/leased assets in the Americas, ensuring guest experience, labor strategy, brand compliance, and margin delivery
Evaluate and prioritize capital projects, ensuring ROI thresholds are met and investments reinforce Hyatt’s brand promise
Partner with Design & Construction on large-scale projects, ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality expectations
Support diligence, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and capital transactions
Qualification
Required
15+ years in senior leadership across asset management, hotel operations, and/or real estate finance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
