Performance Marketing Manager
ReSupply is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to help reinvent the supply chain of charitable contributions. The role involves leading marketing campaigns to generate awareness and growth, with a focus on optimizing paid digital advertising channels.

Responsibilities
Owning and optimizing all paid digital advertising channels
Building and running experiments across audiences, channels, formats, and creatives to drive pipeline growth and improve CAC
Tracking, testing, and analyzing campaign performance, reporting KPIs to leadership and making data-driven adjustments
Managing the marketing budget and resources to ensure efficient, high-impact spend
Executing efficient media buying to reach our target audiences across new and existing channels
Collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company-wide goals and customer growth
Qualification
Required
BS in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Visual Design, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in a DTC environment
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in reporting, analysis, and campaign optimization
Proven ability to lower CAC and increase revenue through strategic experimentation and optimization
Budget management experience with a focus on efficiency and measurable impact
Comfort with rapid experimentation – launching fast, iterating quickly, and scaling what works
Self-starter with a bias for action; able to thrive in an ever-evolving environment
Must be Boston-based, as this is primarily an on-site position with some limited flexibility to work remotely
Preferred
Experience in startups or on small teams preferred
