Responsibilities

Analyze sales opportunities, offers, and contracts for accuracy, interpret terms, and apply business rules to determine product eligibility and pricing

Process high-volume sales and account maintenance requests through CRM workflows, ensuring timely completion and accuracy

Create, enable, and maintain offer management strategies while ensuring contract terms align with business requirements

Process sales crediting efficiently and with 100% accuracy

Serve as a go-to resource for cross-departmental inquiries on pricing, offers, and quote system functionality (CPQ)

Generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that drive operational excellence

Maintain productivity standards while ensuring 100% accuracy in high-volume work environments

Partner with sales, account management, and leadership on escalated issues and process improvements

Drive department initiatives and communicate system updates across all organizational levels
