Responsibilities

You have experience in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings representing lenders and borrowers, joint ventures

You have experience with portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds

You have experience in equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation

You are familiar with transactions involving all principal asset types - residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form

You have a strong work ethic, team orientation, and an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility on client matters
