Responsibilities
Create innovative mechanical solutions that optimize warehouse operations
Develop detailed drawings and documentation to bring designs from concept to reality
Lead discovery sessions and present solutions that drive business results
Oversee vendors, RFPs, and equipment installation to ensure successful execution
Collaborate with project teams during commissioning to deliver seamless system integration
Provide technical support for sales and service teams
Champion quality and continuous improvement across all projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of mechanical design experience required
Experience designing mechanical conveyor solutions required
Proficiency in AutoCAD required
Must be willing to work onsite three days per week
Preferred
comes from a WMS or warehouse automation environment
deep understanding of high-throughput operations
passion for creating solutions that improve efficiency and scalability
ability to shape innovative, tech-forward systems that integrate robotics, intelligent sorting, and advanced material handling
