Overseeing the firm’s budget process annually
Managing all accounts, preparing financial statements, and supporting firm decision-making by providing in-depth financial analyses
Implementing controls and procedures, identifying process improvements, and spearheading new system implementations
Developing KPIs and monthly reporting for firm management
Training, mentoring, and evaluating a talented team of professionals
Serving as a trusted advisor to firm leadership
Forecasting and developing pricing strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of legal accounting experience
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and financial reporting skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
This person should be a self-starter who can lead by example and enhance daily operations
Preferred
A CPA or MBA designation is preferred
