Responsibilities

Create construction documents and other design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM systems

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure design alignment with project goals and objectives

Prepare and review design drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards

Utilize BIM systems to create detailed 3D models and coordinate multidisciplinary design elements

Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on best practices and design principles

Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and advancements to inform design practices and strategies

Contribute to the development of design standards, templates, and processes to enhance project efficiency and quality
